Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data krakowinvest.pl processes, why, and what rights you have (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Yuri Kan, a private individual running the KrakowInvest project. Data contact: hello@krakowinvest.pl. Once a legal entity is registered, the controller details will be updated.

2. What data and why

Contact form: your name, the contact you provide (email/phone/messenger) and your message — to answer your inquiry. Basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data on submission: approximate IP-based location (country/city), device and browser type, language and page of submission, UTM parameters — to understand the source of inquiries and prevent spam. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary; without a contact we simply cannot reply.

3. Who receives the data

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — site hosting and protection; certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Telegram — inquiry notifications are delivered to the administrator via Telegram; servers may be located outside the EEA. By submitting the form you accept this transfer.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

4. Retention

Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, or longer where the exchange develops into cooperation or the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing) — write to hello@krakowinvest.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish DPA, UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies and browser storage

The Site uses only functional means: a “lang” cookie (remembers your language, up to 1 year) and sessionStorage for UTM parameters within a session. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is required. When form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own technical cookies.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling. This policy may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
