These terms govern the use of krakowinvest.pl (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and educational project about the Kraków (Poland) new-build market. “KrakowInvest” is the name of an online project run by a private individual (Yuri Kan); it is not a registered company or a licensed organisation. Once a legal entity is registered, its details will be published on this page.

2. No offer

Nothing on the Site — including prices, price ranges, yield estimates and descriptions of districts or properties — constitutes an offer or a public offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor an invitation to transact. All figures are indicative, based on public sources as of the publication date, and may be out of date.

3. No advice

The Site’s content is not, and does not substitute for, legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before making decisions about buying property, mortgages or taxes, consult licensed professionals (a lawyer, tax adviser, mortgage adviser). Decisions made on the basis of the Site’s content are at your own risk.

4. No services currently provided

No intermediary, agency, brokerage or consulting services are currently provided through the Site. The contact form serves solely for questions and expressions of preliminary interest. Submitting the form creates no contract, obligation or client relationship for either party. Any future cooperation would be arranged under separate individual terms and only after the relevant business activity is registered.

5. Liability

The Site’s content is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant completeness, currency or fitness for your purposes, and accept no liability for decisions based on it, nor for the content of external sites we link to.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s texts, data, estimates and design belong to the project. Quoting excerpts is permitted with attribution and an active link to the Site.

7. Changes and governing law
