Within a few years Kliny went from peripheral enclave to one of southern Kraków’s busiest development zones, because it offers exactly what budget buyers want: new construction from 11,500 PLN/m² (promotions from 10,500), below the already modest Swoszowice range.
The flip side is familiar to every Kliny resident: infrastructure trails the construction boom. Public transport means buses, and driving towards the centre means Zakopiańska and its traffic jams; the morning commute takes considerably longer than the map suggests. The compensations are the nearby A4 ring-road junction — genuinely convenient for people working in the southern business zone or leaving the city often — and plenty of greenery around.
