STRADA Wybickiego

STRADA Wybickiego is a pair of 11-storey buildings forming a single block at Wybickiego Street 6A–6B, which Buma Wybickiego sp. z o.o. of Grupa Buma is raising on half the site of the former Gigant department store (lovekrakow.pl, April 2026). The figure of 226 apartments from 30 to over 100 m² comes from the press and tabelaofert.pl — the developer’s site hides its counters. Nor does it publish prices: the prospectus of 20 Aug 2026 leaves the per-metre rate to be filled in, and tabelaofert.pl (July 2026) quotes from 15,900 PLN/m² and an average of 19,469 PLN/m² — secondary data. The building permit dates from December 2025, works began in April 2026 and the prospectus plans completion for November 2028; in September 2026 the foundation slab was being reinforced.

The address needs one clarification: administratively this is Krowodrza Górka in District IV Prądnik Biały, but the prospectus cites the Krowodrza cadastral unit and the developer labels it so, hence our review files it under Krowodrza. The developer quotes 3 km to the Main Square, a primary school at 500 m, a nursery at 300 m, Park Krowoderski at 1.3 km and bus stops right by the building; the third stage of the KST tram line towards Górka Narodowa is being decided nearby. On the budujesie.pl forum (2025–2026) there were remarks about noise from Wybickiego and Krowoderskich Zuchów and about another construction site to the east. In return: a gym, wellness zone, reception, viewing terrace and 285 spaces in the underground garage (lovekrakow.pl).

Who it suits: buyers with an above-average budget who want to live 3 km from the Main Square in a building with hotel-style amenities and can wait until the end of 2028. Who it doesn’t: anyone sensitive to street traffic, those looking for a finished apartment, and investors who need first-hand pricing to calculate a yield.
