Viva Piast 6

Viva Piast 6 is the sixth and final phase of the Viva Piast estate at Powstańców 82 in Mistrzejowice: a single 9-storey building with 108 apartments, given its occupancy permit in Q4 2025 (rynekpierwotny.pl, September 2026). Victoria Dom is selling the remainder here — 11 units per the aggregator (as of 1 Sept 2026), mostly compact two-room flats of 34.60–50.53 m². The developer publishes no per-metre rate for this phase (victoriadom.pl, 18 Sept 2026): the page shows only parking spaces from 20,000 PLN, while phase 5 is quoted “from 16,250 PLN/m²”. Aggregators rynekpierwotny.pl and tabelaofert.pl price phase 6 at 15,902–17,345 PLN/m² (September 2026), i.e. 591–804 thousand PLN for a two-room flat. Phases 1–2 (365 apartments) are sold out; phase 5 has three units left.

The location’s main asset is rail: the Kraków Piastów SKA station lies about 180–390 m from the building (rynekpierwotny.pl / tabelaofert.pl, September 2026), the nearest bus stop is 35 m away, the tram about 440 m. A Żabka is 50 m off, a Lidl 300 m; within a kilometre rynekpierwotny.pl counts 24 shops and 20 educational facilities, and two kindergartens operate on the estate itself; for recreation there are Planty Mistrzejowickie and the Zesławice reservoir. The downsides: Piasta Kołodzieja and Powstańców are busy arteries, and on the budujesie.pl forum (September 2023) residents remarked that the blocks stand rather close together and that schools on the old Piastów estate are “quite far”.

Who it suits: buyers who want a finished flat without waiting for construction, commuters taking the train into the centre or to jobs outside Kraków, and investors renting out small two-room units. Who it doesn’t: anyone wanting a full choice of sizes (mostly small units remain), families needing large apartments, and people bothered by dense high-rise housing on a busy road.
